This isn’t some surreal work of art or alien structure – it’s a tent!
Created by UK inventor Alex Shirley-Smith, Tentsile is an ingenious
portable suspended treehouse that installs much like a hammock while
offering the convenience of a multi-person tent.
There’s no need to worry if it’s raining and the ground is wet because
you’re sitting above it all. The structure is waterproof, UV resistant,
and comes with insect mesh roofs.
In addition to avoiding unpleasant conditions, the treehouse tent
also avoids ground-based bugs, snakes, and other larger and more
dangerous creatures.
